Refurn Policy
At Black Bike, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return items in line with the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return bicycles or accessories within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging as received. Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.
2. How to Arrange a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us first. We will provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed.
3. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be securely packed in the original packaging to avoid damage in transit. Returns not properly packaged may be rejected or subject to deductions.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
5. Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, certain personal items such as helmets or worn clothing cannot be returned unless faulty.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
